Don't get stuck having to stay here

Upon arrival, it was disheartening to find the property sold out despite having a reservation. The staff's failure to respond was disappointing, leading to a frustrating detour after a long journey. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, further solidifying my decision to seek alternative accommodations.

The cleanliness was severely lacking, with stained sheets and what I can only describe as a horrifying mattress. In addition, the pest situation was unsettling, as there were ants in the bathroom. While accommodation was scarce that night, the lackluster amenities and uninterested service made this a regrettable choice.

The room had a decent amount of towels and washcloths. The air conditioning functioned quietly. The check-in process was simple, providing a hassle-free arrival and stay.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. the sheets were stained and the presence of insects was unsettling. Hair was found on the bathroom floor and the outdated restaurant information was misleading. Amenities like the fridge weren't functional, and there was a noticeable odor lingering in the reception area. The lack of on-site staff made it feel unattended at times.

The hotel was a decent stopover with a clean and comfortable room at a good price. However, the carpet had some stains, and I heard a bit too much noise from the lobby. Staff was friendly, and the light breakfast option was nice, though not extensive.

The Westwood Inn & Suites, Kimball offered a charming ambiance with clean, well-maintained rooms and easy access for seniors. I appreciated the friendly service and the cozy atmosphere that made my stay restful and enjoyable.

Improved dining options would enhance the experience.

It was just an ideal choice for a short staycation in Kimball with good price-quality ratio. I really appreciated the convenience of calling the front desk and having the mother-daughter team come to help me late at night. Be sure to make reservations since they book up fast.

We had a nice surprise with the comfy blankets and a super clean room that made us feel at home! The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after our long drive, and the lounge area was cozy for hanging out. Just a heads-up. the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

This stay was a good surprise! The check-in was a breeze, and my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. We had everything we needed for a perfect stop on our road trip to the Black Hills.
